PV/BV

XSGEAR awards PV/BV to all purchases made on the XSGear.ca website once you have validated your IBO number and associated it with your XSGear account. If you are a new customer or do not yet have your IBO Number associated with your XSGear account, you will need to access XSGear.ca through the Quixtar Partner stores to validate your IBO Number. Go to Quixtar.ca and type XSGear in the search box or search for us under the Partner Stores listings.

We ask our customers to access XSGear.ca at least one time through the Quixtar Partner store interface. This will allow us to accurately capture and associate your IBO number with your XSGear account and ensure that it is valid and in the proper format for tracking and reporting to Quixtar. This, in turn, will reduce errors and speed up the granting of your bonus points.


How do we track your IBO number?

When you access XSGear.ca via the Quixtar.ca Partner stores, your IBO Number is transmitted to XSGear.ca in order that we can assign it to your account and award you PV/BV on your purchases.

To verify the IBO Number on file for your account
If you are an existing customer, click on 'Account' from the top navigation links, then click on 'Edit My Account Info', to see if we have an IBO # on file for you. Scroll down to the Amway Global section.  If you see the message below then you do have an IBO number associated with your XSGear account.

Your XS Account has an IBO Number associated with it. That's Great! This will make it easy for you to automatically receive your PV/BV rewards for purchases you make on XSGear.ca.

If you see the message below, your account does not have an IBO Number associated with it. You should access the XSGear store through the Amway Global partner store interface so that we can capture and assign your IBO number to your XS account.

You do not have to purchase anything in order to link your IBO number to your XSGear account.  You can simply access xsgear.ca through Quixtar and view and update your Account Info. This will synchronize your IBO number to your XSGear account.  

If you are a new customer
Access XSGear.ca through the Quixtar Partner Store. Once on XSGear you can create an account as usual. Your IBO Number will be associated with your new XSGear account.

Note: Once we have a valid IBO Number on file for you, you can make purchases directly at XSGear.ca, without going through the partner store interface, and you will still receive PV/BV. You are only required to be validated through the Quixtar Partner Store one time.

You can, of course, always order directly from XSGear.ca. However, if we do not have a valid IBO number for you on file you will not be awarded your bonus points until we are able to properly track your number.
